A live response to KEBURIA's debut menswear show at London Fashion Week, captured through expressive ink illustration, produced in collaboration with NOXX Magazine - for whom I also wrote an accompanying article.
Working with Berlin-based artist SALOME's techno set playing as I drew, I aimed to translate the show's energy, not just its silhouettes, onto the page. Splattered ink became a deliberate signature rather than a mistake to avoid: a way of embracing imperfection and working in the same rebellious, rule-breaking spirit as the collection itself. Scratchy, exploding linework sits against cleaner tailored lines, echoing the tension in the clothes between hard structure and flowing movement.
The result is less a document of the garments and more an attempt to capture the room: loud, jarring, glamorous, still dancing as the sun came up.
